DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING EFFECTIVENESS OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION IN SCHOOL UNDER LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the level of digital leadership of school administrators under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to study the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in school, 3)to study the relationship between Digital leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in school, and 4)to study Digital leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in school under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample used in this research was a group of 301. The statistics used for analysis data were mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis using the Stepwise method. The results of the study were as follows: 1) Digital Leadership of school administrators under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was high level. 2) the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in school under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 the high level. 3) the relationship between Digital leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in school under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 correlated positively high level of .01 of statistical significance and a correlation coefficient of 0.712. and 4) the regression analysis Digital leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in school under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the vision of digital leaders (x1), the digital professional (x3), the digital literacy (x4), and the digital culture(x2).can explain the variance, with statistically significant relationships at the .01 level in Digital leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in school under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The multiple correlation coefficient is 0. 853.which collectively explains 72.70% of the variance. The relationship can be expressed in the form of a prediction equation, with a standard error of prediction of ±0. 18945.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูจำนวน 301 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Stepwise ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ 0.712 และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล (x1) ความเป็นมืออาชีพดิจิทัล (x3) การมีทักษะและความรู้ดิจิทัล (x4) และการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล (x2) ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.853 ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 72.70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ ±0.18945
