| Abstract: | The objectives of the research were to: 1) study the level of creative leadership of small-size school administrators. 2) compare the creative leadership of small-size school administrators, classified by position, age, educational level and work experience. 3) propose guidelines on the development of the creative leadership of small-size school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research used Multi-phases mixed method research. In Phase 1 quantitative, the sample group consisted of 210 school administrators and small-size school teachers. The research instrument used for data collection was questionnaire with the reliability of 0.95. The data analyzed were using the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation; the inferential statistics used for the hypothetical test consisted of the t-test and the F-test from the one-way . Phase 2 qualitative, interviews were conducted with 5 experts and data were analyzed with content analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The creative leadership of small-size school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 3 was found to be totally at the highest level 2) Comparative analysis opinion of the administrators and teachers classified by position, age and work experience It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in opinion at the level of .01, while classified by educational level. Statistically significant at the level of .05 . 3) Guidelines for the development of creative leadership of small-size school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 3. There is a guideline that administrators apply technology to manage educational institutions and cooperate with network organizations in school development.
