ศึกษาการพัฒนาศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ของคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา

Abstract

The research study on the development of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, has the following objectives: 1) to study the concepts and theories on development 2) to study the operation of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha 3) to analyze the development of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. This study conducted qualitative research in the form of documents, along with in-depth interviews with 16 qualified persons.The results of the research found that: The development of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center can effectively apply the principle of quality management (PDCA). The Sangha has developed the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in accordance with the guidelines of the "Regulations of the Department of Religious Affairs on Sunday Buddhist Study Centers B.E. 2550" in Section 9, which states that the Executive Committee has the duty to provide advice, suggestions, and supervise the operations of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in various aspects: 1. Academic 2. Personnel 3. Budget 4. General AdministrationAnalysis of the development of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, the guidelines were applied.“Regulations of the Department of Religious Affairs on Sunday Buddhist Study Centers B.E. 2550” in Section 9 states that the Executive Committee has the duty to provide advice and supervision of the operations of the Sunday Buddhist Study Centers in various aspects, namely: 1. Academic 2. Personnel 3. Budget 4. General administration, to be administered in conjunction with the principle of quality management (PDCA) resulting in excellent efficiency.

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ศึกษาการพัฒนาศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ของคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดและทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนา 2) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ของคณะสงฆ์ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์การพัฒนาศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ของคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา การศึกษานี้ได้ดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบเอกสาร ร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 16 รูป/คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: การพัฒนา เป็นกระบวนการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามแผนด้วยการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่าหรือกระบวนการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีการกำหนดทิศทาง ซึ่งเป็นความพยายามของมนุษย์ที่จะก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในทางที่ดีขึ้นซึ่งสามารถนำหลักการจัดการอย่างมีคุณภาพ (PDCA) เข้ามาบริหารงานในแต่ละด้านได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพคณะสงฆ์ได้พัฒนาศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ตามแนวทาง “ระเบียบกรมการศาสนาว่าด้วยศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ พ.ศ. 2550” ในข้อที่ 9 ที่ว่าคณะกรรมการบริหาร มีหน้าที่ในการให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ ในด้านต่างๆ คือ 1. วิชาการ 2. บุคลากร 3. งบประมาณ 4. บริหารงานทั่วไป โดยมีการนำหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาผ่านวิชาธรรมศึกษามาเป็นแนวทางการศึกษาของเยาวชนวิเคราะห์การพัฒนาศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ของคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา มีการนำแนวทาง “ระเบียบกรมการศาสนาว่าด้วยศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ พ.ศ. 2550” ในข้อที่ 9 ที่ว่าคณะกรรมการบริหาร มีหน้าที่ในการให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ ในด้านต่างๆ คือ 1. วิชาการ 2. บุคลากร 3. งบประมาณ 4. บริหารงานทั่วไป มาบริหารควบคู่กับหลักการจัดการอย่างมีคุณภาพ (PDCA) เกิดประสิทธิผลอย่างดียิ่ง
