Super Leadership of School Administrators Influencing Professional Learning Community of School under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of the research were 1) to study the level of super leadership of school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office (PESAO) Loei 1, 2) to study the professional learning community (PLC) of schools under PESAO Loei 1, 3) to study the correlation between the super leadership and PLC, and 4) to study the administrators’ super leadership influencing the schools’ PLC. The sample group was a total of 302 teachers under PESAO Loei 1, selected through Krejcie and Morgan’s calculating table and the stratified random sampling. The research tool was Likert’s five-point rating scale questionnaire with the .983 reliability. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research finding revealed that 1) the super leadership of the school administrators under PESAO Loei 1 was found to be totally at a high level 2) The PLC of schools under PESAO Loei 1 was found to be totally at a high level 3. The administrators’ super leadership and the schools’ PLC were correlated at a high level (r = .988) with the statistical significance of .01. 4. The school administrators’ super leadership was effective to the schools’ PLC under PESAO Loei 1 at a statistically significant level of 0.05. The best five predictors of super leadership, Facilitating Self-Leadership Culture (X7), Promoting Self-Leadership through Teamwork (X6), Facilitating Self-Leadership Though Reward and Constructive Reprimand (X5), Becoming a Self-Leader (X1), Becoming a Self-set Goal (X3), and commonly predicted 98% of the schools’ PLC under PESAO Loei 1. Those predictors were written as follows: The unstandardized predictive equation:Y ̂ = .116 + .292(X7) + .161(X1) + .204(X6) + .135(X3) + .171(X5) The standardized predictive equation: Z ̂ = .324(X7) + .168(X1) + .199(X6) + .155(X3) + .182(X5)

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับความเป็นชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำกับชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน และ 4) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 จำนวน 302 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับของลิเคิร์ท มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .983 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ที่ระดับมาก 2. ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ที่ระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ในระดับสูง โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) = .988 4. ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ดีที่สุด จำนวน 5 ตัว คือ การอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมของผู้นำตนเอง (X7) การทำให้เป็นผู้นำตนเอง (X1) การสนับสนุนให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเองโดยการสร้างทีมงาน (X6) การกระตุ้นให้บุคลากรตั้งเป้าหมายด้วยตนเอง (X3) และการอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเองโดยให้รางวัลและตำหนิอย่างสร้างสรรค์ (X5) ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 ได้ร้อยละ 98 เขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y ̂ = .116 + .292(X7) + .161(X1) + .204(X6) + .135(X3) + .171(X5) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานZ ̂ = .324(X7) + .168(X1) + .199(X6) + .155(X3) + .182(X5)
