THE PROFESSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS ADMINISTRATOR AFFECTING TEACHER’S CORE COMPETENCY IN SCHOOL UNDER LOEI - NONG BUA LAM PHU SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) To study the level of characteristics of professional administrators , 2) To study the level of core competencies of teachers in schools, 3) To study the relationship between the characteristics of professional administrators and the core competencies of teachers in schools, and 4) To study the characteristics of professional administrators that affect the core competencies of teachers in schools, under secondary education educational service area office Loei Nongbualamphu. The sample used in this research was a group of 322 school administrators and teachers under secondary education educational service area office Loei Nongbualamphu in academic year 2024. The research instrument was a five - rating scale questionnaire regarding professional administrators' characteristics questionnaire with a confidence level of 0.887, and the core competencies of teachers in schools with a confidence level of 0.969. The statistics used for analysis data were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis using Stepwise for identify the level of significance the predictive power.The results of the study were as follows:1) The characteristics of professional administrators under secondary education educational service area office Loei Nongbualamphu was at the highest level.2) The Core competencies of teachers in schools under secondary education educational service area office Loei Nongbualamphu was at the highest level.3) The characteristics of professional administrators Influencing the core competencies of teachers in schools under secondary education educational service area office Loei Nongbualamphu correlated positively high level of .01 of statistical significance.4) The characteristics of professional administrators Influencing the core competencies of teachers in schools under secondary education educational service area office Loei Nongbualamphu consisting of ethics and morality (x3), leadership (x1), and management skills (x4)in that order which can explain the variance, with statistically significant relationships at the .01 level and Interpersonal relationships (x2) can explain the variance, with statistically significant relationships at the .05 level in the characteristics of professional administrators influencing the core competencies of teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office, Loei-Nongbualamphu. The multiple correlation coefficient is 0.910, which collectively explains 82.80% of the variance. The relationship can be expressed in the form of a prediction equation, with a standard error of prediction of ±0.24147

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1)ระดับคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพ 2)ระดับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน 3)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพกับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน และ4) คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพ เท่ากับ 0.887 และสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน เท่ากับ 0.963 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Stepwise เพื่อดูตัวแปรที่มีนัยสำคัญ และนำค่าสถิติที่ได้ไปสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก2. สมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก3. คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพกับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01.4. คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารมืออาชีพ ได้แก่ คุณธรรม จริยธรรม (x3) ภาวะผู้นํา (x1) และทักษะการบริหารจัดการ (x4) ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ (x2) ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.910 ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 82.80 สามารถเขียนแสดงความสัมพันธ์ในรูปสมการพยากรณ์ได้ และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ ±0.24147
