ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING EFFECTIVENESS OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION UNDER ROI ET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) investigate the relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration; and 3) examine the predictive power of academic leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of academic administration. The sample consisted of 338 participants, including school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire with content validity indices ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability at 0.94. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The research found that: 1)The overall academic leadership of school administrators and the overall effectiveness of academic administration were rated at a high level. 2) The academic leadership of school administrators had a strong positive relationship with the effectiveness of academic administration, with statistical significance at the .01 level. 3) Four dimensions of academic leadership of school administrators significantly predicted the effectiveness of academic administration. These predictors accounted for 83.30% of the variance in academic administration effectiveness, with a standard error of prediction of 0.268. The multiple regression equation in raw score form was: Ŷ = 0.049 + 0.367(X₃) + 0.285(X₅) + 0.248(X₄) + 0.087(X₁); The standardized regression equation was: Ẑ = 0.369(X₃) + 0.278(X₅) + 0.234(X₄) + 0.095(X₁); 4) The recommendations for developing academic leadership affecting the effectiveness of academic administration indicated that school administrators should systematically enhance academic administration in all dimensions. This includes developing curricula aligned with learners’ competencies, life skills, and 21st century skills; establishing effective educational supervision systems based on a collegial and supportive approach; promoting participation through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and coaching; enhancing teachers’ competencies in using learning materials, innovations, digital technologies, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support active learning; encouraging classroom research and the application of research findings to improve teaching and learning; and developing diverse assessment systems emphasizing Assessment for Learning. Furthermore, assessment results should be utilized for continuous improvement of learning management and learner development to enhance the effectiveness of academic administration in educational institutions.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ และ 3) ศึกษาอำนาจการพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 338 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง เชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีจำนวน 4 ด้าน ซึ่งพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ ได้ร้อยละ 83.30 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 0.268 สามารถเขียนสมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณในรูปคะแนนดิบ ได้ดังนี้ Ŷ = 0.049 + 0.367(X₃) + 0.285(X₅) + 0.248(X₄) +0.087(X₁);และสามารถเขียนสมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้ Ẑ = 0.369(X₃) + 0.278(X₅) + 0.234(X₄) + 0.095(X₁); 4) ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ สามารถสรุปได้ว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการอย่างเป็นระบบในทุกด้าน โดยมุ่งพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับสมรรถนะผู้เรียน ทักษะชีวิต และทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 พัฒนาระบบการนิเทศการศึกษาโดยใช้การนิเทศแบบกัลยาณมิตร ส่งเสริมการมี ส่วนร่วมผ่านชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) และการโค้ชชิ่ง พัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการใช้สื่อ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) ส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนและการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตลอดจนพัฒนาระบบการวัดและประเมินผลโดยใช้เครื่องมือที่หลากหลาย เน้นการประเมินเพื่อพัฒนา (Assessment for Learning) และนำผลการประเมินไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงการจัดการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาผู้เรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา
