AN INVESTIGATION OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION IN OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOL BASED ON THE BUDDHADHAMMA PRINCIPLES UNDER MAKHONPATHOM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This research entitled “A Study of the Administration of Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools Based on Buddhist Principles under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2” aimed to: (1) study the problems in the management of opportunity expansion schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; (2) investigate management approaches for opportunity expansion schools based on Buddhist principles under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and (3) evaluate and validate the proposed management approaches for opportunity expansion schools based on Buddhist principles under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This study employed a mixed-method research design integrating both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The participants consisted of: (1) nine key informants for interviews, (2) twelve participants for focus group discussions, and (3) twenty-two evaluators for the assessment of management approaches based on Buddhist principles. The research instruments included interviews, focus group discussions, and an evaluation form based on four standards: propriety, feasibility, congruity, and utility. Data obtained from interviews and focus group discussions were analyzed using content analysis, while data from the evaluation of management approaches were analyzed using arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that the problems in the management of opportunity expansion schools consisted of three issues related to academic administration, three issues related to personnel administration, one issue related to budget administration, and two issues related to general administration. The focus group discussion on management approaches indicated that all stakeholders proposed applying the seven principles of Sappurisadhamma (the Seven Virtues of a Good Person) as guidelines for addressing each identified issue. The evaluation results of the proposed management approaches for opportunity expansion schools showed that, overall, the approaches were rated at a high level.

การวิจัยเรื่อง การบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสตามหลักพุทธธรรมสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ตั้งวัตถุประสงค์ไว้ดังนี้ 1)เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐมเขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสตามหลักพุทธธรรม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐมเขต 2 3)เพื่อประเมินและรับรองแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสตามหลักพุทธธรรม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐมเขต 2 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นงานวิจัยผสมผสานวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) กับวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ 1) ผู้ให้การสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 9 คน 2) ผู้ร่วมสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 12 คน 3) ผู้ประเมินแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสตามหลักพุทธธรรม จำนวน 22 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยผู้วิจัยใช้การสัมภาษณ์ การสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) และ แบบประเมินแนวทาง 4 ด้าน คือ ความเหมาะสม (Propriety Standard) ด้านความเป็นไปได้ (Feasibility Standard) ด้านความสอดคล้อง (Congruity Standard) และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ (Utility Standard) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์และการสนทนากลุ่มใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการประเมินแนวทางใช้ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า : การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสประกอบด้วย การบริหารงานวิชาการ 3 ประเด็นปัญหา การบริหารงานบุคคล 3 ประเด็นปัญหา การบริหารงบประมาณ 1 ประเด็นปัญหา และการบริหารงานทั่วไป 2 ประเด็นปัญหา การสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางพบว่า การแก้ปัญหาแต่ละประเด็นปัญหาทุกฝ่ายให้ใช้หลักสัปปุริสัจธรรม 7 ประการ ผลการประเมินแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสพบว่าในภาพรวมของการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก
