An analysis of proactive leadership factors of school administrators under phetchabun primary educational service area office 1

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study proactive leadership components of school administrators, and 2) validate the goodness-of-fit of the proactive leadership component model for administrators under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 against empirical data. The sample comprised 300 administrators and teachers within the specified area. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire was used. Data were analyzed using fundamental statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The research findings revealed that: 1) The overall proactive leadership behavior of the administrators was at a high level across all components. Specifically, independent will had the highest mean,followed by self-awareness, imagination, and conscience, while planning had the lowest mean. Regarding the suitability of the components, all studied variables exhibited a normal distribution, with skewness indices ranging from -1.064 to -0.509 and kurtosis indices ranging from -0.504 to 0.750, all of which were within the acceptable ±2 range. 2) The second-order CFA indicated the model fitted the empirical data excellently (χ²) = 88.641, (df) = 85, p = .372, CFI = 0.999, TLI = 0.999, RMSEA = 0.012, SRMR = 0.028. This confirms the proactive leadership model's consistency with empirical evidence.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงรุกของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงรุกของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 จำนวน 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความเบ้ ความโด่ง และสถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงรุกของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาพรวม มีระดับพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกองค์ประกอบ เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละองค์ประกอบ พบว่า องค์ประกอบที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ การมีความมุ่งมั่นที่เป็นอิสระ รองลงมา คือ การรู้จักตนเอง การมีจินตนาการ การมีวิจารณญาณ และองค์ประกอบที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ การวางแผน เมื่อพิจารณาความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบ พบว่า การแจกแจงแบบปกติของตัวแปร มีค่าดัชนีความเบ้อยู่ระหว่าง -1.064 ถึง -0.509 และมีค่าดัชนีความโด่ง อยู่ระหว่าง -0.504 ถึง 0.750 ซึ่งทุกค่าต่ำกว่า ±2 แสดงว่าตัวแปรที่นำมาศึกษาทั้งหมดมีการแจกแจงแบบปกติ 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันลำดับที่สองพบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไคสแควร์ (χ²) เท่ากับ 88.641 ที่องศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 85 และค่า p = .372 ดัชนีความสอดคล้องของโมเดล ได้แก่ CFI = 0.999 และ TLI = 0.999 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนของการประมาณค่า ได้แก่ RMSEA = 0.012 และ SRMR = 0.028 แสดงให้เห็นว่าโมเดลองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงรุกของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์
