THE EFFECT OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS’ 21st CENTURY LEADERSHIP ON TEACHERS’ WORK MOTIVATION UNDER THE LOEI NONG BUA LAMPHU SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) study level of the leadership of administrators in the 21st century, 2) study the level of the working motivation of school teachers under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, 3) The relationship between the leadership of administrators in the 21st century and the working motivation of school teachers under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, and 4) to investigate relationship between the leadership of administrators in the 21st century affecting on the working motivation of school teachers under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu. The samples were 322 administrators and teachers who was working in academic year 2026. The participants were selected using multi-stage sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The part of the leadership of administrators in the 21st century obtained the validity index between reliability index was at 0.974, whereas the working motivation of school teachers internal quality assurance reliability index was at 0.968. Statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis using Stepwise to identify the level of significance the predictive power. The results of the study revealed as follows: 1. The leadership of administrators in the 21st century under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, both overall and individual aspects, was at the high level, 2) The level of the working motivation of school teachers under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, both overall and individual aspects, was at the high level, 3. The leadership of administrators in the 21st century and the working motivation of school teachers internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, had a high positive correlation at the statistically significant level of .01, 4. The leadership of administrators in the 21st century, Communication (x3) and Teamwork (x4) and Visualizing the Vision (x1) affecting to the working motivation of school teachers internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, has Multiple Correlation Coefficient equals 0.816 both overall and since there was a positive correlation, it was possible to create a forecast equation with 66.60 % accuracy at the statistically significant level of .01 and the Standard Error of the Forecast equals ±0.201 5. The leadership of administrators in the 21st century affecting to the working motivation of school teachers internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu above equation is written as follows. Equation in raw score. ,𝑌 .= 0.487 + 0.358(x3) + 0.271(x4) + 0.256(x1) The forecast of the variance. ,𝑍 .= 0.459(x3) + 0.340(x4) + 0.182(x1)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 2)เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู 3)เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู 4)เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 เท่ากับ 0.974 และและแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.968 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Stepwise เพื่อดูตัวแปรที่มีนัยสำคัญ และนำค่าสถิติที่ได้ไปสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลยหนองบัวลำภู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู ได้แก่ ด้านการสื่อสาร (x3) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม (x4) และด้านการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ (x1) ตามลำดับ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.816 และสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู ได้ร้อยละ 66.60อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ ±0.201 5. สมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภูเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ได้ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ,𝑌 .= 0.487 + 0.358(x3) + 0.271(x4) + 0.256(x1) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ,𝑍 .= 0.459(x3) + 0.340(x4) + 0.182(x1)
