Model of the causal relationship of factors that affect the effectiveness of academic administration in schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office. Roi Et Province.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the components of factors affecting the academic management effectiveness of schools, 2) to verify the goodness-of-fit of the causal relationship model of factors affecting academic management effectiveness with empirical data, and 3) to evaluate the causal relationship model of factors affecting academic management effectiveness of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Offices in Roi Et Province. This study employed mixed-methods research design. The research population consisted of school administrators and teachers under the Primary Educational Service Area Offices in Roi Et Province. The sample group comprised 520 participants, categorized into 52 school administrators and 468 teachers. The research instruments included questionnaires, interview schedules, and model evaluation forms. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results revealed that : 1. The components of factors affecting the academic management effectiveness of educational institutions consist of 4 components and 18 indicators. 2. The results of the model’s goodness-of-fit test revealed that χ2 = 33.071, df = 21, χ2/df = 1.574, P-Value = 1.574, CFI = 0.971, TLI = 0.925, RMSEA = 0.062, and SRMR = 0.079. The model demonstrated construct validity and construct reliability, with values ranging from 0.624 to 0.961, indicating that the model is consistent and harmonious with the empirical data. 3. The evaluation of the causal relationship model of factors affecting the academic management effectiveness of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Offices in Roi Et Province found that the model was appropriate at the highest level and can be utilized as a prototype.

ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 3) เพื่อประเมินโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 520 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 52 คน และ ครู จำนวน 468 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินโมเดล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ 18 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องและกลมกลืนของโมเดล พบว่า χ2=33.071 df=21, χ2/df=1.574, P-Value=1.574, CFI=0.971, TLI=0.925, RMSEA=0.062, SRMR=0.079 โมเดลมีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง (Construct Validity) และมีความเชื่อมั่นเชิงโครงสร้าง (Construct Reliability) มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.624-0.961 แสดงว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 3) ผลการประเมินโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยได้ทำการประเมินโมเดล พบว่าตัวแบบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด สามารถที่จะนำไปเป็นต้นแบบ (Prototype) ได้
