THE INTEGRATION OF THERAVADA BUDDHIST PHILOSOPHY TO ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION TOWARDS THE EXCELLENCE OF THE PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA SCHOOL, GENERAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IN ROI ET PROVINCE

Abstract

This thesis aims: 1) To study the administration of general education Phrapariyattidhamma School in Roi Et Province; 2) To study the appropriate principles of Theravada Buddhist philosophy in the administration of general education Phrapariyattidhamma School 3) To the integration of theravada buddhist philosophy to administration towards of the Phrapariyattidhamma School general education department in Roi et province and 4) To gain knowledge about the integration of theravada buddhist philosophy to administration towards of the Phrapariyattidhamma School general education department in Roi et province. This qualitative research utilized document analysis and related research. Fieldwork was conducted through in-depth interviews with 20 experts. The data were analyzed, synthesized, and presented descriptively. The results of the study revealed : 1. The administration of general education Phrapariyattidhamma schools in Roi Et Province has strengths in instilling morality and Buddhist values, but lacks clear strategic planning. Administrators and teachers are highly committed to ethical governance, but modern administrative skills and data management are still needed for decision-making. The integration of the general education Phrapariyattidhamma curriculum is inconsistent in terms of content and activities, resulting in limited academic achievement and practical application. Limitations in human resources, budgets, and teaching materials impact teaching quality and student development opportunities. Training for administrators and teachers should be enhanced, curricula should be adjusted to integrate practical approaches, resources should be allocated efficiently, and community collaborations should be expanded for sustainability. 2. Appropriate Theravada Buddhist philosophy should be applied to the administration of general education Phrapariyattidhamma schools to foster balanced and sustainable learning. The Four Divine Abodes instill loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity in relationships between administrators, teachers, and students. The Seven Kalyanamitras foster networks of cooperation and academic and ethical support. The Four Bases of Power serve as guidelines for fostering commitment, diligence, and the application of wisdom in administrative planning. This ensures effective school operations and aligns with morality, fostering both intellectual and spiritual development for students. 3. Integrating Theravada Buddhist philosophy into the administration of general education Phrapariyattidhamma schools in Roi Et Province should create a balance between students and the application of the Four Divine Abodes. This will foster loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity in relationships between administrators, teachers, and students, creating a friendly learning environment conducive to their full potential. Kalyanamitra 7 supports the creation of collaborative networks within the school and the community, both in academic and moral activities. It promotes the exchange of knowledge and positive support. It also utilizes the Four Bases of Power as a guideline for fostering diligence, determination, perseverance, and wisdom in planning and operations, enabling effective and targeted management. Integrating these principles helps develop administrators' vision and morality, while students grow both intellectually and spiritually. 4. A summary of the knowledge gained from integrating Theravada Buddhist philosophy into the administration of Phrapariyattidhamma schools in the general education department in Roi Et Province reflects the "ABTKSI MODEL." AB = Administrator Brahmavihāras refers to administrators who cultivate relationships based on the Four Brahmavihāras principles, emphasizing kindness and justice among staff, promoting compassionate and rational decision-making. TK = Teacher Kalyāṇa-mittatā refers to teachers who cultivate kindness and understanding among students and foster a warm learning atmosphere, integrated with the Seven Kalyanamitra principles. SI = Student Ithṭhi Bāth 4 refers to students who foster diligence and perseverance. Focus and contemplate learning to achieve goals with the Four Bases of Power.

ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาทที่เหมาะสมในการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา 3) เพื่อบูรณาการหลักพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาทในการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด และ 4) เพื่อได้องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบูรณาการหลักพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาทในการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นหลัก ผู้วิจัยมีการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 20 รูป/คน แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์แล้วนำเสนอในเชิงพรรณนาโวหาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า : 1. การบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด มีจุดแข็งด้านการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมและค่านิยมพุทธ แต่ขาดการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ชัดเจน ผู้บริหารและครูมีความมุ่งมั่นสูงในงานปกครองเชิงจริยธรรม แต่ยังต้องพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารสมัยใหม่และการจัดการข้อมูลเพื่อการตัดสินใจ การบูรณาการหลักสูตรปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญยังไม่สอดคล้องเชิงเนื้อหา กิจกรรม ทำให้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและการประยุกต์ใช้ชีวิตยังจำกัด ข้อจำกัดด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล งบประมาณ และสื่อการสอน ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการสอนและโอกาสพัฒนานักเรียน ควรเสริมการฝึกอบรมผู้บริหารและครู ปรับหลักสูตรให้เชื่อมโยงเชิงปฏิบัติ จัดสรรทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และขยายความร่วมมือกับชุมชนเพื่อความยั่งยืน 2. หลักพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาทที่เหมาะสมในการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาเพื่อสร้างการเรียนรู้ที่สมดุลและยั่งยืน โดยนำ พรหมวิหาร 4 มาปลูกฝังความเมตตา กรุณา มุทิตา และอุเบกขาในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียน กัลยาณมิตร 7 ช่วยส่งเสริมเครือข่ายความร่วมมือและแรงสนับสนุนด้านวิชาการและจริยธรรม ส่วนอิทธิบาท 4 เป็นแนวทางในการสร้างความมุ่งมั่น ขยันหมั่นเพียร และใช้ปัญญาในการวางแผนบริหารงาน ทำให้การดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนมีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับคุณธรรมเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนทั้งด้านความรู้และจิตใจ. 3. บูรณาการหลักพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาทในการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ควรบูรณาการเพื่อสร้างความสมดุลระหว่างนักเรียนกับการนำพรหมวิหาร 4 มาใช้ช่วยให้ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนมีความเมตตา กรุณา มุทิตา และอุเบกขาในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกัน ทำให้สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้เป็นมิตรและเอื้อต่อการพัฒนาเต็มศักยภาพ. กัลยาณมิตร 7 สนับสนุนการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือภายในโรงเรียนและกับชุมชน ทั้งในด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมคุณธรรม ส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และแรงสนับสนุนที่ดีต่อกัน และการใช้อิทธิบาท 4 เป็นแนวทางสร้างความเพียร ความมุ่งมั่น ความขยันหมั่นเพียร และการใช้ปัญญาในการวางแผนและดำเนินงาน ทำให้การบริหารมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดผลตามเป้าหมาย การบูรณาการหลักธรรมเหล่านี้ช่วยพัฒนาผู้บริหารให้มีวิสัยทัศน์และคุณธรรมควบคู่กัน ขณะเดียวกันนักเรียนก็เติบโตทั้งด้านความรู้และจิตใจ. 4. สรุปองค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากบูรณาการหลักพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาทในการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด สะท้อนให้เห็น คือ “ABTKSI MODEL” โมเดล AB = Administrator Brahmavihāras หมายถึง ด้านผู้บริหารที่สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 เมตตาและยุติธรรมระหว่างบุคลากร ส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจที่มีความกรุณาและมีเหตุผล, TK = Teacher Kalyāṇa-mittatā หมายถึง ด้านครูที่ปลูกฝังความเมตตาและการเข้าใจนักเรียน ส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ที่อบอุ่น ซึ่งบูรณาการกับหลักกัลยาณมิตร 7 และ SI = Student Ithṭhi bāth 4 หมายถึง ด้านนักเรียนที่ส่งเสริมความขยันหมั่นเพียร มีสมาธิและใคร่ครวญในการเรียนรู้เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายกับหลักอิทธิบาท 4
