| Abstract: | The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of innovative leadership of school administrators under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office; 2) to study the level of learning organization of schools under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office; 3) to examine the relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools; and 4) to identify the innovative leadership variables that predict the learning organization of schools. The population consisted of 2,117 teachers under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office in the 2025 academic year. A sample of 327 participants was selected. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Quantitative data were analyzed using a statistical software package. The statistics employed included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis (using both Enter and Stepwise methods).
The research findings were as follows:
The overall level of innovative leadership among school administrators under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office was found to be at the highest level, as indicated by the mean score. This suggests strong capability in leading innovation and organizational development. The overall level of learning organization among schools under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office was found to be at the highest level, as indicated by the mean score. This reflects a strong capacity for continuous learning and organizational development.
The relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office was found to be highly positive and statistically significant at the .001 level.
Innovative leadership in terms of organizational innovation climate, creativity, risk management, and change vision jointly predicted the learning organization of schools under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office at 81.60%, with regression equations formulated in both raw and standardized scores.
