STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES IN EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS UNDER NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

Abstract

This research article aims to Study : 1) The level of strategic leadership of school administrators, 2) The level of professional learning communities in educational opportunity expansion schools, 3) The relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and the professional learning communities in educational opportunity expansion schools, and 4)The predictor variables of strategic leadership of school administrators affecting professional learning communities in educational opportunity expansion schools. This is quantitative research. The sample consisted of teachers from educational opportunity expansion schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 4 selected through simple random sampling using a lottery method with a total of 205 participants. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .989. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The research results were found as follows. 1. The overall level of strategic leadership of school administrators in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 overall was at a high level. 2. The overall level of professional learning communities administrators in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 overall was at a high level. 3. The relationship between school administrators’ strategic leadership and the professional learning community in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 showed a positive relationship at a fairly strong level, with statistical significance at the .001 level. 4. Three dimensions of school administrators’ strategic leadership affecting the professional learning community in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 were identified -strategy implementation (X3), strategic vision formulation (X1), and strategic control and evaluation (X4). The predictive coefficient was 72.7%, and prediction equations in raw-score and standardized-score forms can be derived accordingly. The prediction equation in raw-score. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส และ 4) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย แบบจับฉลาก จำนวน 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .989 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 4. ภาวะผู้นําเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 จำนวน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ (X3) การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์เชิงกลยุทธ์ (X1) การควบคุมและประเมินผลกลยุทธ์ (X4) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์มีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ72.7 สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ คือ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ
