COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRACHARATH SANG-SOOK TEMPLE MODEL : A CASE STUDY OF SAMKONG TEMPLE KOH TAEW SUB-DISTRICT, MUEANG SONGKHLA DISTRICT, SONGKHLA PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this thematic are as follows 1) to study the participation of the community in the development Wat Pracha rath Sang-Sook model, A case study of Wat Sam Kong, Koh Taeo Sub-district, Mueang Songkhla District, Songkhla Province, and 2) to study the development guideline of Wat Pracha rath Sang-Sook model, Koh Taeo Sub-district, Mueang Songkhla District, Songkhla Province.The sample group used in this study consisted of 400 people in Koh Tao sub-district and 5 key informants who were specially selected. The tools used in the research were questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and descriptive content analysis.The results showed that: 1. Community Participation in the Development of Wat Pracha rath Sang-Sook model. The overall is high (=3.95, S.D.=0.16). when consider from more to less It was found that the participation in decision-making with the highest average value The average value is high (=4.07, S.D.=0.31), followed by participation in receiving benefits is at a high level ( =4.04, S.D.=0.29) and the lowest average is participation in operations. The average is high (=3.69, S.D.=0.32). 2. Guidelines for the development of Wat Pracha rath Sang-Sook model of Sam Kong Temple, Koh Taeo Sub-district, Mueang Songkhla District, Songkhla Province 1) Participation in the selection of the Activity/Project Implementation Committee for temple development should be promoted by establishing a temple management committee with representatives from monks, community leaders, local authorities, schools, and the public 2) Physical and environmental development should be carried out by improving the landscape of the temple into a happy area 3) A network should be established for temple development by building cooperation with educational institutions. Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital 4) The community should be encouraged to participate more in the implementation of various activities of the temple for the development of the temple according to Wat Pracha rath Sang-Sook model.

สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนารูปแบบวัด ประชา รัฐ สร้างสุข:กรณีศึกษาวัดสามกอง ตำบลเกาะแต้ว อำเภอเมืองสงขลา จังหวัดสงขลา และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบวัด ประชา รัฐ สร้างสุข ของวัดสามกอง ตำบลเกาะแต้ว อำเภอเมืองสงขลา จังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ ประชากรที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลเกาะแต้ว จำนวน 400 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 5 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนาผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนารูปแบบวัด ประชารัฐ สร้างสุขของ วัดสามกอง ตำบลเกาะแต้ว อำเภอเมืองสงขลา จังหวัดสงขลา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.95, S.D.=0.16) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านโดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (=4.07, S.D.=0.31) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (=4.04, S.D.=0.29) และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.69, S.D.=0.32)2. แนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบวัด ประชา รัฐ สร้างสุข ของวัดสามกอง ตำบลเกาะแต้ว อำเภอเมืองสงขลา จังหวัดสงขลา 1) ควรส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการคัดเลือกคณะกรรมการดำเนินกิจกรรม/โครงการ เพื่อการพัฒนาวัด โดยจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการบริหารวัด ให้มีตัวแทนจากพระสงฆ์ ผู้นำชุมชน หน่วยงานท้องถิ่น โรงเรียน และประชาชน 2) ควรการพัฒนากายภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ของวัดให้เป็นพื้นที่สร้างสุข 3) ควรสร้างเครือข่ายในการพัฒนาวัด โดยการสร้างความร่วมมือกับสถานศึกษา โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และภาคเอกชน 4) ควรส่งเสริมให้ประชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของวัดให้มากขึ้น เพื่อการพัฒนาวัดตามรูปแบบวัด ประชา รัฐ สร้างสุข
