Factor Analysis of Innovative Organization in Schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the components of an innovative organization in schools under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) examine the consistency of the innovative organizational component model for these schools. The sample consisted of 400 school administrators and teachers from the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the 2024 academic year, selected using stratified random sampling based on district and position. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Goodness-of-fit indices considered were Chi-Square (χ²), Chi-Square/df, RMSEA, CFI, GFI, AGFI, and SRMR. The research findings are as follows: 1. The analysis of the components of an innovative organization in schools revealed : (1) Shared Vision, Strategy, and Values: Mean scores ranged from 4.24 to 4.32, skewness from -0.27 to -0.18, and kurtosis from -0.78 to -0.54, indicating a normal distribution. (2) Appropriate Organizational Structure Management: Mean scores ranged from 4.15 to 4.16, skewness from -0.11 to -0.07, and kurtosis from -0.31 to -0.21, suggesting a relatively symmetrical distribution, including normal curves. (3) Personnel Development Towards Quality Teamwork: Mean scores ranged from 4.20 to 4.32, skewness from -0.45 to -0.15, and kurtosis from -0.27 to -0.20, indicating a normal distribution. (4) Effective Communication: Mean scores ranged from 4.15 to 4.29, skewness from -0.13 to -0.01, and kurtosis from -1.00 to -0.74, indicating a normal distribution. (5) Knowledge and Information Management: Mean scores ranged from 4.16 to 4.21, skewness from -0.18 to -0.01, and kurtosis from -0.96 to -0.90, indicating a normal distribution. 2.
