THE SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER NONG KHAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study the level of spiritual leadership of school administrators; 2) compare the spiritual leadership of school administrators, classified by position, school size, and work experience; and 3) study the guidelines for developing the spiritual leadership of school administrators under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group used in this research consisted of 305 administrators and teachers under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, with 278 respondents, representing a 91.15% response rate. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.993. The statistics used for data analysis included descriptive statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and inferential statistics, namely Independent t-test and One-Way ANOVA, including pairwise mean comparisons using Scheffé's method. Qualitative data were also collected through semi-structured interviews with 5 experts and analyzed using content analysis.The results showed that: 1. The overall spiritual leadership of administrators under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level. 2. The comparison of the spiritual leadership of school administrators revealed the following: 1) Classified by position, there were overall and dimensional differences, except for the vision aspect, which showed no difference. 2) Classified by school size, there were overall and dimensional differences, except for the aspects of hope and altruistic love, which showed no difference. 3) Classified by work experience, there were overall and dimensional differences, except for the aspects of faith and altruistic love, which showed no difference. 3. Guidelines for developing the spiritual leadership of administrators under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 are as follows: 1) In the area of faith, administrators should foster a spirit of teaching and be good role models. 2) In the area of altruistic love, administrators should promote kindness and value their personnel. 3) In the area of trust, administrators should create transparency and adhere to the principles of good governance in their administration. 4) In the area of hope, administrators should build positive energy and inspire their personnel. 5) In the area of vision, administrators should set clear directions and goals and develop a far-reaching vision.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ขนาดสถานศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน 3) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 1 จำนวน 305 คน ได้รับการตอบกลับ 278 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.15 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามและมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.993 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอ้างอิง ได้แก่ Independent t-test และ One-Way ANOVA รวมถึงการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีการของ Scheffé และเก็บข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 1) จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2) จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านความหวังและด้านความรักที่เห็นแก่ผู้อื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านความศรัทธาและด้านความรักที่เห็นแก่ผู้อื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน3. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองคาย เขต 1 ดังนี้ 1) ด้านความศรัทธา ผู้บริหารควรเสริมสร้างจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูและเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี 2) ด้านความรักที่เห็นแก่ผู้อื่น ผู้บริหารควรเสริมสร้างความเมตตาและเห็นคุณค่าของบุคลากร 3) ด้านความไว้วางใจ ผู้บริหารควรสร้างความโปร่งใสและยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารงาน 4) ด้านความหวัง ผู้บริหารควรเสริมสร้างพลังบวกและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับบุคลากร 5) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ผู้บริหารควรกำหนดทิศทางเป้าหมายให้ชัดเจนและพัฒนาวิสัยทัศน์ให้กว้างไกล
