The leadership of school administrators affecting personnel management in schools under the Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

This research aimed to study : 1) the level of leadership among educational administrators under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) Study the level of personnel management in schools under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 3) Examine the relationship between the leadership of educational administrators and personnel management in schools, and 4) Investigate the leadership of educational administrators that affects personnel management in schools under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group used in this study consisted of 300 educational administrators and teachers, selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.998. The statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings revealed that:1. The level of leadership among educational administrators under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level.2. The level of personnel management in schools under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at the highest level.3. The relationship between the leadership of educational administrators and personnel management in schools under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a very high level.4. The leadership of educational administrators affecting personnel management in schools under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 showed a positive and direct correlation at a very high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานบุคคลในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารงานบุคคลในสถานศึกษา และ 4) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 300 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับของลิเคิร์ท ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (0.998) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลวิจัยพบว่า1.ระดับภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม ศึกษาเลยเขต 1 อยู่ในระดับมาก2.ระดับการดําเนินงานการบริหารงานบุคคลในโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลยเขต 1 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3.ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารงานบุคคลในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก4.ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกและมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก
