ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION TOWARD EXCELLENCE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER ROI ET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study academic administration toward excellence of school administrators under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 2) to compare the opinions on academic administration toward excellence of school administrators in mention, classified by position, educational level, and work experience. 3) to examine recommendations for academic administration toward excellence of school administrators under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Quantitative research design was employed. The sample consisted of 322 school administrators The research instruments included questionnaire with content validity between 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability at 0.94. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research found that: 1) Academic administration toward excellence of school administrators under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was rated at the highest level. When considered by aspect, the dimensions ranked from highest to lowest mean scores were curriculum development and improvement, educational research and supervision, teaching and learning management, strategic academic administration and community participation, educational media and technology development, student quality enhancement, teacher and educational personnel development, and measurement and evaluation, respectively. 2) The comparative analysis of opinions regarding Academic administration toward excellence of school administrators, classified by position, educational level, and work experience, revealed no statistically significant differences in the overall level of opinions. 3) Recommendations for enhancing academic administration for excellence emphasize the need for systematic and comprehensive academic management. Priority should be given to curriculum development, teaching and learning management, measurement and evaluation, teacher and educational personnel development, student quality enhancement, and the effective use of educational media, technology, and innovation. In addition, educational research, academic supervision, and the active participation of all stakeholders should be promoted to improve educational quality and achieve sustainable excellence in school management.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 1 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง การศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้ค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดทำและพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการวิจัยและนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการบริหารวิชาการเชิงกลยุทธ์และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อและเทคโนโลยี ด้านการส่งเสริมคุณภาพผู้เรียน ด้านการพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ตามลำดับ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง การศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงานโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ควรมุ่งพัฒนางานวิชาการอย่างเป็นระบบ ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผล การพัฒนาครู การส่งเสริมคุณภาพผู้เรียน ตลอดจนการใช้สื่อ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมการวิจัย การนิเทศ และการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและพัฒนาสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศอย่างยั่งยืน
