VISIONRY LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINSTRATORS AFFECTING TEAMWORK OF TEACHAER IN SCHOOL UNDER SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE LOEI NONGBUALAMPHU

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the level of visionary leadership of school administrators and the level of teamwork among teachers in schools, 2) the relationship between the visionary leadership of school administrators and teamwork among teachers in schools, and 3) how visionary leadership of school administrators affects teamwork among teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Loei Nongbua Lamphu. The sample group consisted of 322 school administrators and teachers, with the sample size determined using Krejcie & Morgan's table. The research instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire on visionary leadership of school administrators was 0.966 with a discrimination power of 0.959, and for teamwork among teachers in schools was 0.970 with a discrimination power of 0.954. Statistics used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1) The overall mean of visionary leadership of school administrators and teamwork among teachers in schools were both at high levels. 2) There was a high positive correlation between visionary leadership of school administrators and teamwork among teachers in schools, with statistical significance at the .01 level. 3) The aspects of visionary leadership that affected teamwork among teachers in schools were being a good role model (x4), vision creation (x1), and vision implementation (x3), which together predicted 80.10 percent of the teamwork among teachers in schools.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1)ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 322 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เท่ากับ 0.966 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.959 และการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน เท่ากับ 0.970 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.954 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน ได้แก่ การเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี (x4) การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ (x1) และการปฏิบัติตามวิสัยทัศน์ (x3) ร่วมกันทำนายการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 80.10
