DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) to study the level of Digital Leadership of School Administrators under Loei primary education service area office 2 2) Compare the level digital leadership of School Administrators under Loei primary education service area office 2 by Position working experience and School size 3) Studying guidelines for development Digital Leadership of School Administrators under Loei primary education service area office 2. The sample group consisted of 302 administrators and teachers. The minor thesis tools were a 5-level rating scale questionnaire and semi-structured interview form. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Reference statistics used t-test and One-way ANOVA with statistical significance set at the 0.05 level.The research findings revealed that:1) Leadership level of Digital Leadership of School Administrators under Loei primary education service area office 2 overall and each aspect at high level. While considering in each aspect, it was found that the highest mean level was Digital Communication, Digital Literacy, Creating a Digital Learning Culture, Digital Vision and Digital Organizational Development respectively.2) Comparison of the Leadership Level of Digital Leadership of School Administrators under Loei Primary Education Service Area Office 2 according to the opinions of administrators and teachers that is classified by position, it was found that there was no difference, When considering each aspect, it was found that Aspect 1, Digital Vision, Aspect 4, Creating a Digital Learning Culture, and Aspect 5, Digital Organizational Development, showed a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. classified according to it was found that there was difference and classified by school size, it was found that there was no difference Statistically When considering each aspect, it was found that Aspect 3, Digital Literacy, showed a difference significant at the 0.05 level.3) The guideline for development Leadership level of Digital Leadership of School Administrators under Loei primary education service area office 2 Administrators should incorporate digital concepts into their operations. School administrators should integrate digital concepts into their operations. They should act as leaders in promoting the effective use of digital technologies, selecting appropriate tools for different tasks while understanding the advantages and limitations of each technology. Administrators should utilize digital technology to improve and enhance various processes within the school, foster innovation, and establish a clear direction for digital transformation. This includes strategic planning, promoting digital literacy, and cultivating a digital learning culture making technology integration a standard practice within the school. Additionally, administrators should support teachers and educational staff in participating in digital technology training to elevate the quality of management and teaching, ensuring the school keeps pace with the modern digital world.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) สถิติอ้างอิงใช้สถิติการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – Way ANOVA) โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05ผลการวิจัยพบว่า :1.ระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสูงสุด คือ ด้านการสื่อสารดิจิทัล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการรู้ดิจิทัล ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล ด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรด้วยดิจิทัล ตามลำดับ2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่ 1 ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล ด้านที่ 4 ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล และด้านที่ 5 ด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรด้วยดิจิทัล มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงาน โดยรวมพบว่าแตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่ 3 ด้านการรู้ดิจิทัลมีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.053. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 ผู้บริหารควรนำแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยผู้บริหารควรเป็นผู้นำในการสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล สามารถเลือกใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับงาน รู้ถึงข้อดีและข้อจำกัดของเทคโนโลยีแต่ละประเภท โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการต่าง ๆ ภายในสถานศึกษา สร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ มีการกำหนดทิศทางดำเนินงานด้านดิจิทัล วางแผนกลยุทธ์ที่ชัดเจนและส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้โดยการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเข้ามาใช้ในสถานศึกษาให้เป็นปกติ สนับสนุนครูผู้สอน บุคลากรทางการศึกษาในการเข้าร่วมอบรมการใช้ดิจิทัล เพื่อยกระดับการบริหารและการเรียนการสอนให้ทันสมัยและมีคุณภาพให้ก้าวทันโลกดิจิทัล
