Effectiveness of Sangha Administration.of Dhammayuttika. Nikaya.in.Loei.Province

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) examine the level of administrative effectiveness of the Dhammayuttika Nikaya Sangha in Loei Province; (2) investigate the relationship between personal factors and administrative effectiveness; and (3) propose guidelines for enhancing effective Sangha administration in Loei Province. The samples were divided into two groups: 316 Dhammayuttika Nikaya monks in Loei Province and 8 monks holding administrative positions. The research instruments included questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, to explain personal characteristics and analyze relationships.The research findings revealed that. 1) The study assessed the administrative effectiveness of the Dhammayuttika Nikaya Sangha in Loei Province and analyzed its relationship with personal factors. The sample consisted of 316 monks classified by administrative position, years of ordination, and levels of religious and secular education. The results showed that overall administrative effectiveness was at a high level Public welfare activities recorded the highest mean score, followed by educational support, while administrative governance scored the lowest. 2) The relationship analysis indicated that levels of religious and secular education, as well as knowledge of Buddhist scriptures, significantly influenced administrative effectiveness, whereas administrative position had no significant effect. 3) Guidelines for enhancing administrative effectiveness include transparent resource management, the establishment of ecclesiastical property committees, the promotion of education and moral development, the integration of modern media with traditional dissemination methods, and support for community development, with monks serving as leaders.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ธรรมยุติกนิกายในจังหวัดเลย 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับประสิทธิผลการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ธรรมยุติกนิกายในจังหวัดเลย 3) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ธรรมยุติกนิกายในจังหวัดเลย ให้เกิดประสิทธิผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็น 2 คือ พระภิกษุธรรมยุติกนิกายจังหวัดเลย 316 รูป และพระภิกษุผู้ดำรงตำแหน่ง 8 รูป โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และสถิติพื้นฐานกับสถิติทดสอบสมมติฐานอธิบายลักษณะ ส่วนบุคคล ด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลจากการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ธรรมยุติกนิกายในจังหวัดเลย และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับประสิทธิผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพระภิกษุสงฆ์ 316 รูป จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง พรรษา และวุฒิการศึกษาทางธรรมและทางโลก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประสิทธิผลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์สูงสุด รองลงมาคือการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ และด้านการปกครองต่ำสุด 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่า วุฒิการศึกษาทางธรรมและทางโลก รวมถึงความรู้ทางพระปริยัติธรรม มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการปกครอง ขณะที่สถานภาพตำแหน่งไม่มีผลสำคัญ 3) แนวทางเพิ่มประสิทธิผล ได้แก่ การบริหารทรัพยากรอย่างโปร่งใส การจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการศาสนสมบัติ การส่งเสริมการศึกษาและคุณธรรม ใช้สื่อเผยแผ่ร่วมสมัยควบคู่รูปแบบดั้งเดิม และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาชุมชนโดยพระสงฆ์เป็นผู้นำ
