AN ANALYSIS OF COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF BHAVANA 4: A CASE STUDY OF BAN KHUAN PRONG, THA MI RAM SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, MUEANG DISTRICT, PHUTTHALUNG PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this thesis are as follows: 1) To study the leadership of the Ban Khuan Prong community, Tha Mi Ram Sub-district Municipality, Mueang District, Phatthalung Province 2) to study the principles of Bhavana 4 in the Buddhist scriptures, and 3) to analyze community leadership with the principle of Bhavana 4: a case study of Ban Khuan Prong. Tha Mi Ram Sub-district Municipality, Mueang District, Phatthalung Province. The sample groups used in the study were 5 religious leaders, 5 community leaders, and 5 people's groups. The research tools were in-depth interviews and descriptive content analysis. The results showed that: 1) Study on the leadership of the Ban Khuan Prong community, Tha Mi Ram Sub-district Municipality, Mueang District, Phatthalung Province found that community leaders play an important role in building the strength and sustainable development of the community. The use of peaceful means to resolve conflicts so that people can participate in community development. This will result in harmony and cooperation and lead to stable and sustainable community development in the long term. 2) The Principles of Bhavana 4 in Theravada Buddhism are found to be a way to develop human beings physically, morally, mentally, and intellectually. Use wisdom, perseverance, and honesty without relying on coercion. The application of Bhavana 4 helps to strengthen morality, kindness, and peace for individuals, families, and society in a sustainable manner. 3) Analysis of Community Leadership Based on Bhavana 4, a Case study of Ban Khuan Prong Community, Tha Mi Ram Sub-district Municipality, Mueang District, Phatthalung Province found that the development of leaders based on the Principles of Bhavana 4 covers the body, precepts, mind, and intellect is the basis of sustainable community management. Leaders are disciplined, moral, honest, transparent, and consciously control emotions. Reduce conflicts, use wisdom and reason to solve problems. Be open to opinions and develop the community to be appropriate to the context.

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำชุมชนบ้านควนปรง เทศบาลตำบลท่ามิหรำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพัทลุง 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักภาวนา 4 ในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนา และ3) วิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำชุวิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำชุมชนบ้านควนปรง เทศบาลตำบลท่ามิหรำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพัทลุง 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักภาวนา 4 ในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนา และ 3) วิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำชุมชนด้วยหลักภาวนา 4: กรณีศึกษาบ้านควนปรง เทศบาลตำบลท่ามิหรำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพัทลุง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้นำศาสนา 5 รูป ผู้นำชุมชน 5 คน และกลุ่มประชาชน 5 คน จำนวน 15 รูป/คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำชุมชนบ้านควนปรง เทศบาลตำบลท่ามิหรำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพัทลุง พบว่า ผู้นำชุมชนมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการสร้างความเข้มแข็งและการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน โดยผู้นำต้องมีวิสัยทัศน์ บริหารงานด้วยความโปร่งใส ยุติธรรม และยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลเป็นสำคัญ ควบคู่กับการมีคุณธรรม ความซื่อสัตย์ ความเสียสละ และความรับผิดชอบ ซึ่งช่วยสร้างความไว้วางใจและความศรัทธาจากประชาชน การใช้สันติวิธีในการแก้ไขความขัดแย้ง เพื่อให้ประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชน ส่งผลให้เกิดความสามัคคี ความร่วมมือ และนำไปสู่การพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืนในระยะยาว 2) หลักภาวนา 4 ในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท พบว่า เป็นแนวทางพัฒนามนุษย์ทั้งกาย ศีล จิต และปัญญา เพื่อให้เกิดความสมดุลในการดำเนินชีวิตการปกครองและภาวะผู้นำควรตั้งอยู่บนความเที่ยงธรรม ใช้ปัญญา ความเพียร และความสุจริต โดยไม่อาศัยการบังคับการประยุกต์ใช้ภาวนา 4 ช่วยเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม ความเมตตา และความสงบสุขแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว และสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน 3) การวิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำชุมชนตามหลักภาวนา 4 กรณีศึกษาชุมชนบ้านควนปรง ตำบลท่ามิหรำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพัทลุง พบว่า การพัฒนาผู้นำตามหลักภาวนา 4 ครอบคลุมกาย ศีล จิต และปัญญา เป็นพื้นฐานของการบริหารชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนผู้นำมีวินัย ยึดคุณธรรม ซื่อสัตย์ โปร่งใส และมีสติควบคุมอารมณ์ ลดความขัดแย้งใช้ปัญญาและเหตุผลในการแก้ปัญหา เปิดรับความคิดเห็น และพัฒนาชุมชนให้เหมาะสมกับบริบท
