The effect of school administartors’ leadership on teacherS’ core competenclies under the loei primary educational service area office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study school administrators’ leadership under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) to study the level of teachers’ core competencies under the loei primary educational service area office 1; 3) to investigate the relationship between school administrators’ leadership and the teachers’ core competencies; and 4) to determine the influence of effect of school administrators’ leadership on teachers’ core competencies under the loei primary educational service area office 1. The sample consisted of 300 school administrators and teachers performing duties in the 2025 fiscal year. The research instrument was a questionnaire regarding Leadership of school administrators that affects the core competencies of teachers. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis (Enter method) The research findings were as follows: 1. The school administrators’ leadership under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, the highest mean was Communication, followed by Visionary, Building Participation and Collaboration, Innovative Strategic Management, and Adaptability to Change, respectively. 2. The teachers’ core competencies under the loei primary educational service area office 1 were overall at the highest level. Ranked from highest to lowest mean: Ethics and Professional Code of Conduct, Service Mind, Achievement Motivation, Self-Development, and Teamwork. 3.There was a positive relationship between the school administrators’ leadership and the teachers’ core competencies under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, with statistical significance at the .01 level. The correlation was at a high level. 4. The school administrators’ leadership that influenced the teachers’ core competencies of five aspects: Visionary, Innovative Strategic Management, Adaptability to Change, and Building Participation and Collaboration. These four aspects of leadership could collectively explain 63.50% of the variance in teacher core competencies. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 ที่ปฏิบัติงานในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 จำนวน 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Enter ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยคือ ด้านการสื่อสาร การมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมและความร่วมมือ ด้านการบริหารกลยุทธ์เชิงนวัตกรรม และด้านการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2) สมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ด้านการบริการที่ดี ด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง และด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม 3) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 โดยความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูง 4) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการบริหารกลยุทธ์เชิงนวัตกรรม ด้านการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมและความร่วมมือและด้านการสื่อสาร โดยภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ทั้ง 5 ด้าน สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสมรรถนะหลักของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.50 และสามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์สมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลยเขต 1 ในรูปแบบคะแนนดิบและสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ,𝑌. = 1.728 + 3.047X1 + 7.246X2 + 5.138X3+ 7.693X4+2.157X5 สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ,𝑧. = .674X1 + .872X2 + .795X3+ .875X4+.525X5
