THE Factors affecting to student careing and supporting operation system of schools under Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service area office 3

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) study the level of operation of the student care system, (2) study the level of factors affecting the operation of the student care system, (3) study the relationship between factors, and (4) create a predictive equation for the operation of the student care system from factors affecting the operation of the student care system. It was a quantitative research. The instrument was a questionnaire with questions about factors and the operation of the student care system, with a 5-level rating scale. The sample was 269 teachers out of 980 teachers, using the Krejcie & Morgan table at the .05 level and proportional stratified sampling. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results found that (1) the operation of the student care system of schools under the Office of the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at the highest level in all aspects. When considering each aspect, it was found that the prevention and problem solving aspect had the highest mean, followed by the aspect of knowing individual students, the aspect of referring students, the aspect of screening students, and the aspect of promoting and developing students. (2) The factors affecting the overall operation of the student care and support system in all four aspects had the highest average scores. When considered individually, it was found that the factor of parental and community cooperation had the highest average score, followed by the factor of using information technology, the factor of personnel development, and the factor of school administrator leadership, which had the lowest average score but was still at the highest level. (3) All four factors had a statistically significant positive correlation with the operation of the student care and support system at the .01 level. The factor of using information technology had the highest correlation, followed by parental cooperation, personnel development, and leadership, respectively. (4) Stepwise multiple regression analysis found that only the factor of using information technology passed the criteria for inclusion in the equation, and could predict the operation of the student care and support system by 31.30 percent.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน (2) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัย (4 ) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์การดำเนินการระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนจากปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินการระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research)เครื่องมือได้แก่แบบสอบถามที่มีข้อคามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยและการดำเนินการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูจำนวน 269 คน จาก 980 คน โดยใช้ตาราง Krejcie & Morgan ที่ระดับ .05 และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนรายบุคคล ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียนตามลำดับ และด้านส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด แต่ยังอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเช่นกัน (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองและชุมชน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือปัจจัยด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ปัจจัยด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรตามลำดับ และปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดแต่ยังอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเช่นกัน (3) ปัจจัยทั้ง 4 ด้านมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01โดยปัจจัยด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีความสัมพันธ์สูงสุด รองลงมาคือด้านความร่วมมือผู้ปกครอง ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร และด้านภาวะผู้นำ ตามลำดับ (4) การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนพบว่า มีเพียงปัจจัยด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพียงตัวเดียวที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การนำเข้าสมการโดยสามารถพยากรณ์การ ดำเนินงานของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ได้ร้อยละ31.30
