AN ANALYSIS OF DISTRIBUTED LEADERSHIP FACTORS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the components of distributed leadership among school administrators affiliated with the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. In addition, the study sought to examine the degree of alignment between the proposed measurement model and the empirical data. The research was intended to enhance understanding of the underlying structure of distributed leadership and to validate the theoretical model through rigorous statistical analysis. The sample comprised 340 participants, including school administrators and teachers. Data were collected through a questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale to measure respondents’ perceptions of distributed leadership practices. The instrument demonstrated a high level of reliability, with a coefficient of 0.956, indicating strong internal consistency. For data analysis, descriptive statistics—namely frequency, mean, and standard deviation—were utilized to summarize the collected data. Furthermore, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was conducted to assess the validity of the measurement model and to examine its goodness-of-fit with respect to the empirical data. The analytical results indicated that the proposed model is appropriate for explaining the components of distributed leadership within the specified context. The research result were as follows: 1) The distributed leadership components of school administrators under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 consisted of 4 components: 1) shared vision, 2) teamwork culture, 3) leadership practice, and 4) shared decision-making. 2) The proposed model of distributed leadership components among school administrators under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area Loei 1 demonstrated goodness-of-fit with the empirical data, as shown in two CFA models 2.1) The first-order model was consistent with the empirical data. All goodness-of-fit indices met the acceptable criteria for a “good” fit. Specifically, the p-value of the chi-square (χ²) test was 0.07; the value of χ²/df was 1.5; SRMR was 0.01; RMSEA was 0.03; NFI was 1.00; NNFI was 0.99; and CFI was 1.00. 2.2) The revised second-order model was also consistent with the empirical data, and all goodness-of-fit indices met the criteria for a good fit. The p-value of the chi-square (χ²) test was 0.06; χ²/df was 1.58; SRMR was 0.01; RMSEA was 0.04; NFI was 0.99; NNFI was 0.99; and CFI was 0.99.

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลยเขต 1และ 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 340 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าแบบ 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.956 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation) และการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องและความเหมาะสมของโมเดลการวัด (Measurement Model) โดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis : CFA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม 2) วัฒนธรรมการทำงานเป็นทีม 3) การปฏิบัติภาวะผู้นำ 4) การตัดสินใจร่วมกัน 2) โมเดลองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 2.1) โมเดลองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 เชิงยืนยันอันดับหนึ่ง มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พบว่า ดัชนีทุกตัวผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนดี โดยการตรวจสอบดัชนีความสอดคลองพิจารณาค่า p-value (ของ χ2) เท่ากับ 0.07 ค่า Chi square/dt เท่ากับ 1.5 ค่า SRMR เท่ากับ 0.01 ค่า RMSEA เท่ากับ 0.03 ค่า NFI เท่ากับ 1.00 ค่า NNFI เท่ากับ 0.99 และ ค่า CFI เท่ากับ 1.00 2.2) โมเดลองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 เชิงยืนยันอันดับสองหลังปรับ มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พบว่า ดัชนีทุกตัวผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินความสอดคล้องในระดับดี โดยผลการตรวจสอบดัชนีความสอดคล้องพิจารณาค่า p-value (ของ χ2 ) เท่ากับ 0.06 ค่า Chi-square/df เท่ากับ 1.58 ค่า SRMR เท่ากับ 0.01 ค่า RMSEA เท่ากับ 0.04 ค่า NFI เท่ากับ 0.99 ค่า NNFI เท่ากับ 0.99 และค่า CFI เท่ากับ 0.99
