PROACTIVE OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES FOR THE STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM BASED ON THE SEVEN PRINCIPLES OF SAPPURISADHAMMA TO ENHANCE STUDENTS' LIFE SKILLS UNDER ROI ET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the factors and indicators of a proactive Student Support System based on the Seven Principles of Sappurisadhamma to enhance students’ life skills; (2) to verify the congruence and appropriateness and develop school administrative strategies; and (3) to create and evaluate strategies for proactive implementation of the Student Support System under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area office 2. A mixed-methods research design was employed. The sample consisted of 550 participants. Key informants included 14 experts for in-depth interviews, 14 specialists for an expert-based seminar, and 14 experts for strategy evaluation. Research instruments comprised a five-rating scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.80 to 1.00 and a reliability at 0.96, an interview form, and a strategy evaluation form. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and content analysis.The results of research were found that 1) The factors and indicators of proactive implementation of the Student Support System based on the Seven Principles of Sappurisadhamma for enhancing students’ life skills consisted of three factors (1) proactive implementation of the Student Support System based on the Seven Principles of Sappurisadhamma, (2) operational effectiveness of the proactive Student Support System, and (3) enhancement of students’ life skills quality, with a total of 15 indicators.2) The confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the developed measurement model demonstrated good fit with the empirical data and possessed construct validity. The proactive implementation variable had both direct and indirect effects on students’ life skills quality through the effectiveness of the Student Support System at a statistically significant level.3) The development of strategies resulted in a proactive operational framework integrating Buddhist moral principles into the Student Support System in a systematic manner. The strategies emphasized strengthening students’ life resilience and promoting five core life skills: critical thinking, communication, emotional management, problem-solving, and self-awareness. The strategy evaluation by experts showed that the model was appropriate and feasible for practical implementation at a high to the highest level. This indicates that the developed strategies can serve as practical tools for sustainably enhancing school administrative quality and student development.

ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของการดำเนินงานเชิงรุกระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียน 2) ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องและพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารสถานศึกษา 3) สร้างและประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารการดำเนินงานเชิงรุกระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 550 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 14 คนในการให้สัมภาษณ์ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 14 คนในการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 14 คน ในการประเมินกลยุทธ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80 - 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1) องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของการดำเนินงานเชิงรุกระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) การดำเนินงานเชิงรุกระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 (2) ประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานเชิงรุกระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน (3) เสริมสร้างคุณภาพทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียน และ 15 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันพบว่า โมเดลการวัดที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีและมีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง โดยตัวแปรการดำเนินงานเชิงรุกมีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมผ่านประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) ผลการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ นำไปสู่กลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานเชิงรุกที่บูรณาการหลักคุณธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาเข้ากับระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยเน้นการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันชีวิตและการส่งเสริมศักยภาพนักเรียนใน 5 ทักษะหลัก ได้แก่ ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ ทักษะการสื่อสาร ทักษะการจัดการอารมณ์ ทักษะการเผชิญปัญหา และทักษะการรู้จักตนเอง ส่วนผลการประเมินกลยุทธ์ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปปฏิบัติจริงอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด แสดงให้เห็นว่ากลยุทธ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นเครื่องมือเชิงปฏิบัติในการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาและการพัฒนาผู้เรียนได้อย่างยั่งยืน
