ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF SMALL SCHOOLS UNDER  ROI ET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) to study the current conditions of academic administration in small-sized schools under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 3. 2) to compare the academic administration of small-sized schools of school administrators classified by position, educational level, and years of work experience. 3) to collect recommendations for academic administration in small-sized schools from school administrators. The samples consisted of 254 participants, including school administrators and teachers. The research instrument used for data collection was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, with item validity values ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and an overall reliability coefficient of 0.89. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA), and descriptive analysis. The research results found that: 1) The study found that the overall level of academic administration in small-sized schools under the supervision of school administrators was at the highest level. When considering each aspect in descending order of mean score, they were: teaching and learning management, internal quality assurance development, educational supervision, school curriculum development, measurement and evaluation, development of media, innovation and educational technology, and research for educational quality improvement. 2) The comparison of personnel’s opinions toward the academic administration of small-sized schools classified by position and educational level revealed no significant differences. However, when classified by years of work experience, the aspect of school curriculum development showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level. Personnel with less than 5 years of experience and those with more than 10 years, as well as those with 5–10 years and more than 10 years of experience, had differing opinions. No significant differences were found in other aspects. 3) The recommendations for academic administration in small-sized schools emphasized the need for a flexible management system aligned with the school’s context and available resources. School administrators should serve as academic leaders who encourage teacher participation in curriculum development, learner-centered instruction, and the creative use of technology to enhance educational quality and keep pace with social change sustainably.

สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3) รวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความตรงระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 และความเชื่อมั่นของสภาพปัจจุบันทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และสถิติการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว F-test (One-Way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1) สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา 2. การเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และระดับการศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี กับ 10 ปีขึ้นไป และ 5-10 ปี กับ 10 ปีขึ้นไป มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน นอกนั้นไม่พบความแตกต่าง 3) ข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กควรมุ่งเน้นระบบการจัดการที่ยืดหยุ่น สอดคล้องกับบริบทและทรัพยากรของโรงเรียน ผู้บริหารควรเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการที่ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียน และการใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาให้ก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน
