GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING DUAL SYSTEM EDUCATION IN THE DIGITAL AGE FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER ROI ET PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION, PRIVATE SECTOR

Abstract

The purposes of this thesis were 1) to study the current and desirable states of dual vocational education management in the digital era among administrators of private vocational education institutions under the Roi Et Provincial Vocational Education Office 2) to examine the needs for dual vocational education management in the digital era and 3) to explore guidelines for managing dual vocational education in the digital era. The sample group consisted of 28 administrators and 131 teachers, totaling 159 participants. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with content validity ranging from 0.66 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.98 The statistics employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the PNIModified technique. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. The research findings revealed that 1) The overall current state of dual vocational education management in the digital era was at a high level, with the highest mean score in the area of online assessment and evaluation. The desirable state was at the highest level, with the highest mean in curriculum development. 2) The most needed aspect of dual vocational education management was online assessment and evaluation. 3) The proposed guidelines covered learning management, administration, and evaluation, confirming and supporting the quantitative findings. These emphasized the necessity of utilizing information systems for database management and communication to enhance organizational efficiency.

สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ภาคเอกชน 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการจัดการศึกษาดังกล่าว และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีในยุคดิจิทัล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 28 คนและครูผู้สอน 131 คน รวม 159 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.66–1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เทคนิค PNIModified และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีในยุคดิจิทัลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลแบบออนไลน์ ขณะที่สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตร 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีในยุคดิจิทัล พบว่า ด้านที่มีความต้องการสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลแบบออนไลน์ และ 3) แนวทางที่ได้จากการวิจัยมีความครอบคลุมทั้งด้านการเรียนรู้ การบริหารจัดการ และการประเมินผล เป็นข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่ช่วยยืนยันและเสริมความชัดเจนให้กับผลการวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการจำเป็น (Needs Analysis) ที่ผ่านมา โดยเน้นย้ำถึงความจำเป็นของการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศในการจัดการฐานข้อมูลและการสื่อสารเพื่อประสิทธิภาพองค์กร
