CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING TO STANDARD PERFORMANCE OF SCHOOL INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE LOEI - NONGBUALAMPHU

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) study level of Creative leadership of administrators of school under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, 2) study the level of the standards performance of school internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu , 3) The relationship between the Creative leadership of administrators and standards performance of school internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, and 4) to investigate relationship between the of administrators affecting to standards performance of school internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, The samples were 324 administrators and teachers who was working in academic year 2024. The participants were selected using multi-stage sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The part of creative leadership of administrators obtained the validity index between reliability index was at 0.942, whereas the part of standards performance of school internal quality assurance reliability index was at 0.947. Statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis using Stepwise for identify the level of significance the predictive power. The results of the study revealed as follows:1. The Creative leadership of administrators under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, both overall and individual aspects, was at the high level,2) The level of the standards performance of school internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, both overall and individual aspects, was at the high level,3. The Creative leadership of administrators and standards performance of school internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, had a high positive correlation (rXY = 0.666)at the statistically significant level of .01,4. Creative leadership of administrators Teamwork Flexibility and adaptability and Imagination affecting to standards performance of school internal quality assurance under the secondary educational service area office Loei – Nong Bua Lam Phu, both overall and since there was a positive correlation, it was possible to create a forecast equation with 49.50 % accuracy at the statistically significant level of .01 the one above equation is written as follows.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู 2) ระดับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลยหนองบัวลำภู กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอน สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู ปีการศึกษา 2566จำนวน 324 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความเชื่อมั่น 0.942 ส่วนด้านการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษามีค่าความเชื่อมั่น0.947 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Stepwise เพื่อดูตัวแปรที่มีนัยสำคัญ และนำค่าสถิติที่ได้ไปสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก2. การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลยหนองบัวลำภู มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง (rXY = 0.666) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .014. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านความยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว และด้านจินตนาการ ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภูโดยภาพรวม และสามารถพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 49.50 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 สามารถนำมาสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ดังนี้
