THE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE CORE COMPETENCIES OF TEACHERS IN SCHOOLS UNDER LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This thesis aimed to: (1) examine the level of transformational leadership of school administrators under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; (2) examine the level of core competencies of teachers in schools under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; (3) investigate the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and the core competencies of teachers; and (4) study the influence of transformational leadership of school administrators on the core competencies of teachers. The sample consisted of 302 teachers and educational personnel in schools under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2024. The research findings revealed that: 1. the overall level of transformational leadership of school administrators was high. The aspect with the highest mean score was idealized influence, followed by intellectual stimulation 2. the overall level of teachers’ core competencies was also high. The highest mean score was in teamwork. 3. there was a positive correlation between transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers’ core competencies, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.791 4. transformational leadership of school administrators had a statistically significant effect on the core competencies of teachers at the 0.05 level of significance.

สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์.1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 .3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 4) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน ทั้งสิ้น 302 คนผลวิจัยพบว่า 1.ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ รองลงมาคือด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา 2. ผลการศึกษาสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 มีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวก โดยมีค่าสหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .791 4. . ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
